What is included in a Rental Ready Review?
We review the published application requirements for one rental community you have selected and help you identify and organize the documentation you may need before applying. You’ll also receive a personalized document readiness checklist and next-step guidance.
How long does the application support process take?
Service time depends on the level of support you select. Our Rental Ready Review includes up to 30 minutes, Application Assist includes up to 60 minutes, and Signature Concierge includes up to 2 hours of total support.
Do you assist with completing a rental application?
Yes. We can provide administrative guidance while you complete your rental application, help organize requested documents, assist with online application or verification portals, and review your application for completeness before submission. You remain responsible for providing accurate information and submitting or authorizing the submission of your application.
Do you guarantee rental approval?
No. Signature Key Concierge does not make rental approval decisions or guarantee approval. All screening, qualification, and approval decisions are made solely by the housing provider or its authorized screening company.
Can you help with online application and verification systems?
Yes. If you need assistance navigating an online rental application or document verification portal, we can provide administrative and navigation support while you complete the required steps.
Can you help if I’m missing documents?
Yes. We can identify documents that may still be needed based on the rental community’s published requirements and assist you with organizing the documents you already have. We do not create, alter, or falsify qualifying documents.
